Delivery & Returns
All items are priced exclusive of delivery charges, the delivery charge will be calculated at the basket stage after you enter your postcode. This is to enable us to provide our best rates for your exact location rather than charge customers more than necessary!
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you nearer the time of delivery with a more precise window. When a representative calls you can let them know a day that suits you, so if you are not going to be in let us know and we will do everything we can to help you out so you won't have to wait around all day!
If for some reason we cannot deliver to your site or you are closed, we will try to redeliver as soon as we can. Please be aware that a redelivery charge may be incurred on top of the original delivery charge if you/the customer are not able to take delivery of the goods in the first instance if we deem that it wasn't our fault.
On certain products you will be given a tracking number which can be used for checking the progress and location of your items. Unfortunately this isn't available for every product so please bear with us whilst we try and improve this! If you cannot track your item, contact our sales team by phone or email and we will be able to assist you further!
Certain areas out with mainland UK will be charged additional carrier charges because of the remote location. Unfortunately we cannot avoid these and we have tried to be as fair as possible to everyone whilst still providing a great service. If you feel that your delivery costs are higher than you expected, get in touch and we can try and find an alternative solution for you to make things cheaper for you.
If packaging or goods look damaged on delivery, OR items are missing, they must be signed for as DAMAGED / ITEMS MISSING or refused at point of delivery. If not, and the item is signed for in good condition, the right to reject the goods may be lost. This is particularly important information for direct deliveries to customers.
Delivery cost includes free offload by Moffett Truck and positioning on your property (provided forklift access is possible). Make sure to select (SafeDrop) option when ordering. (If access is a problem delivery is to kerbside only)
This is delivered by a third-party courier and any damage on arrival must be reported to delivery driver and noted on delivery note.
Dents and scratches smaller than 50mm is not considered as damage however we are more than happy to supply touch up spray to increase appearance.
